Overview

Our business is run in accordance with good tooling and molding practices as outlined in SPI-SPE journals and with other recognized authorities in the field. We work closely with our customers giving them the personal attention they deserve. Whether it’s an individual with an idea for a product or a corporation with established protocols, we will sit down with the customer and assist in determining exactly what their special needs are. Understanding our customer’s needs is the foundation of our business and our customers will continue to drive the direction of our company.

Mold Shop

Our molding concept is focused around, but not limited to, low to mid-range volumes with short lead times, on time deliveries and parts that meet our or exceed our customer’s requirements. The molding room consists of eight molding machines, from ½ oz 30 ton through 30 oz 310 ton injection molding machines. Dryers, loaders, and water temperature controllers as well as color mixers are a part of each machine. We also have the ability to employ many different types of secondary operations to molded parts. Shipping is performed to our customer’s requirements, with ongoing improvements through cooperative feedback.

Tool Room

The tool room functions with 3D capability, solid works, file transfer, CAD CAM and all up to date technology as related to our business. We are continually improving with controls, fixtures and other tools to trim labor and speed up the tooling process. Our plan is to continue to grow with more vertical integration within our tool room. A wide variety of processes are available in and around the Springfield area, giving us full flexibility in choosing tooling processes. Our resources include other tooling houses that enable us to produce tools within a comfortable time frame.
